The Office of the Registrar at AQIU is dedicated to serving its stakeholders with utmost commitment and excellence across all departments. Its primary responsibility is to support students through enrollment and registration processes, provide accurate course information, and maintain comprehensive student records. This ensures smooth issuance of degree clearances and certifications in accordance with university policies. In addition, the office oversees the recruitment of qualified faculty and administrative staff to uphold high-quality education and efficient academic and administrative operations.
The office also manages various sections, including the Council, Establishment, and Public Relations, which provide essential directives for the university’s needs, regulations, and communication enhancement.
Located on the ground floor of the Administration Building in the heart of the AQIU campus, the Registrar’s Office is committed to facilitating the university’s administrative functions effectively.
At AQIU, the Registrar plays a vital role in supporting the university’s mission of delivering high-quality education through both online and offline systems, fostering innovation, and promoting research excellence.
